The Bertram name, logo, and associated branding are the property of the Bertram project. The bot's source code, dashboard design, and related materials are proprietary unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Bertram without explicit permission.

3. Third-Party Services

Bertram integrates with and relies on third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these services:

• Discord: Bertram operates on the Discord platform and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Terms.
• AI Providers: AI-powered features may use third-party language model providers. Outputs are generated by these models and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of AI-generated content.
• Hosting: The bot and dashboard are hosted on Railway. Service availability depends on Railway's uptime and infrastructure.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bertram project and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, server disruption, loss of profits, or damage to reputation, arising out of or in connection with your use of Bertram.

5. No Guarantee of Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of Bertram. The service may be suspended, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide support, updates, or maintenance.

6. User Content and Conduct

Users are solely responsible for the content they create, share, or configure through Bertram. We do not endorse or assume liability for user-generated content, including custom welcome messages, automod rules, or AI-generated responses triggered by user commands.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bertram project and its contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of Bertram shall be governed by applicable law. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of the project maintainer's residence.
