By adding Bertram to your Discord server or accessing the Bertram dashboard at bertram.co.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot and discontinue use of the dashboard.

2. Description of Service

Bertram is a Discord bot that provides community management tools including moderation, welcome messages, AI-powered features, music playback, games, and a web-based dashboard for configuration and analytics. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Bertram.
• You are responsible for all actions taken through the bot in servers you manage.
• You must not attempt to exploit, abuse, or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure.
• You must not use the bot to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You must have the "Manage Server" permission to configure Bertram in a Discord server.

4. Bot Permissions

Bertram requires certain Discord permissions to function (e.g., sending messages, managing roles, moderation actions). These permissions are only used for the features you enable. You can review and adjust permissions in your Discord server settings at any time.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Bertram is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bertram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot or dashboard, including but not limited to data loss, server disruption, or moderation errors. 7. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Bertram for any server or user that violates these terms or Discord's policies. You may remove the bot from your server at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bertram after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
